Today we’ve added a much-requested feature to Patronum, License Management. Using Patronum, Google Workspace administrators can now apply a specific license to a user as part of the on or offboarding process. Simply create your Patronum policy select SETTINGS > License Management from here you can select which license you want to apply to your policy. You can even automatically ARCHIVE users by deploying the new archive user license.
With Google Workspace you get complete flexibility and choice with a wide range of licensing options designed to fit every organisation’s needs. Whether you’re a small startup or a large multiple national, with Google Workspace Business and Enterprise licenses options companies can pick the right license model for them.
Designed for growing businesses with less than 300 users Google Workspace Business comes in 3 flavours, Business Starter, Business Standard and Business Plus.
Business Starters: This license allows for video meetings with up to 100 participants. 30 GB of cloud storage per user and security and management features.
Business Standard: This license enables video conferencing with up to 150 participants. 2 TB of cloud storage per user and security and management features. The use of pin authenticated sharing and the use of Shared Drives.
Business Plus: The ability to video-conference with up to 250 participants, the ability to record video conferencing and track participants. 5TB cloud storage per user and comprehensive security and management features.
For larger organisations with more than 300 employees or for those who need advanced more advanced security and compliance features, Google Enterprise is the gold standard of Google Workspace. With Google Workspace Enterprise, you can choose from Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus or Enterprise Frontline licenses.
Enterprise Essentials: This license provides Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides in conjunction with your current email and calendar options. This license does not include your own Gmail or Google Calendar.
Enterprise Standard: This license provides the full collaboration tool including Gmail and Google Calendar.
Enterprise Plus: All the features of Enterprise Standard plus S/MME encryption for email, transparency logs for administrators, advanced noise reduction during video conferencing and live streaming for up to 100,000 people.
Enterprise Frontline: With Google Workspace Frontline, employees have access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Sites. In addition, it offers advanced security and management features.
